Painting Pastries!

After Wayne Thiebaud

Acrylic and Pastel
The class was inspired by the American artist Wayne Thiebaud this week. We worked with live "models" of cupcakes and cookies to express his use of vibrant colors and greyed down shadows and backgrounds. A lot of fun!

"I try to find things to paint which I feel have bren overlooked."
